ComfortDelgro previously conducted clearing and settlement processes for credit card transactions via an in-house payment gateway.
This approach includes a number of challenges, such as managing the settlement process for thousands of in-taxi payment terminals, creating a great deal of laborious financial work.
Seeking to improve operational efficiency, ComfortDelgro was looking for an established payment service provider to provide a new solution to replace its in-house payment gateway.
